FROM FT. LAUDERDALE TO GOVERNOR'S HARBOR

Lynx Air is based in Ft. Lauderdale, and flies to Governor's Harbor Sunday, Mondays, and Fridays leaving FLL at 3 pm arriving Gov. at 4 pm, leaving Gov. at 5 pm arriving FLL at 6 pm. These flights are nonstop, and direct.

There are NO direct flights from Miami to Eleuthera on Bahamas Air

There are 5 flights/day from Miami to Nassau; at 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. There are two flights/day from Nassau to Governor's Harbor, at 6:30 a.m., and 6:15 p.m.

And, there are two flights a day from Nassau to Rock Sound at 8:30 a.m., and 3:15 p.m

But, BEWARE, flight times have been known to change, so check with BahamasAir beforehand

AIR CHARTERS

has a new charter service that flies from Ft.Lauderdale, and West Palm to Eleuthera.

BAHAMAS FAST FERRY: NASSAU TO ELEUTHERA

A new, exciting development is the employment of The Bahamas Fast Ferry, a fast boat that goes from Nassau to North Eleuthera and Harbor Island, as well as Nassau to Governor's Harbor, in about 2 hours. Check their site for schedules, etc. That boat is called the "Bo Hengy". There is another ferry,Seawind, that goes from Nassau to Governor's Harbour on Thursdays. See the website for further info. It also would be a good idea to call, because their schedules change.
